TradeHind is a B2B networking marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. This policy explains the refund terms for membership plans, lead credits, and platform services.

1. Nature of the Platform

TradeHind is a digital B2B platform designed to connect businesses. We provide a marketplace directory that enables buyers and sellers to discover each other and initiate trade discussions.

Important: TradeHind does not sell, store, or ship products. All transactions, pricing negotiations, and logistics are handled directly between the buyer and the seller.

2. Seller Membership Plans

TradeHind offers premium seller membership plans that enhance visibility and access to platform tools.

  • Membership payments are non-refundable once the plan has been activated.
  • Sellers may cancel auto-renewal anytime from their account settings.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused membership periods.
  • Membership benefits such as visibility, lead access, and dashboard tools begin immediately after activation.

3. Lead Credits

TradeHind allows sellers to purchase verified buyer requirements using lead credits.

  • Lead credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Credits are deducted when seller unlocks buyer contact details.
  • Refund may only be issued in case of a verified technical error.
  • Unused credits remain valid for up to 12 months.

4. Product & Transaction Disclaimer

Since TradeHind is not involved in the transaction process, we cannot offer refunds for disputes between buyers and sellers.

Product Quality Issues

All product specifications, warranties, and guarantees are the responsibility of the seller.

Shipping or Delivery

TradeHind does not handle shipping, logistics, or order fulfillment.
